If your student will not be attending Murphy Middle School or McMillen High School next year, please take a moment to fill out the Next School Year Notification Form and return it to Linda Altier in the Counseling Department by May 1st. (This does not include IB or the Academies). 

If your plans change and your student will be attending Murphy or McMillen, this form will not affect their enrollment.
