We will offer baseline testing for any students interested on January 25^th, 2019. A baseline test is a pre-concussion testing tool that will establish a baseline of information prior to injury. In the event of a concussion, the baseline comparison can assist the medical provider during the diagnosis and treatment process. The cost of the test is $2. 

If you are wondering how often you should get the testing done, I would advise to treat it like a physical and have your athlete take it at least every two years and especially if they have suffered a concussion since the last time they took the test.

Parent release form that must be completed in order for an athlete to take the test as well as a testing fee of $2. If you would like for your athlete to take the test please fill out the form and send $2 with them on the 25^th.
