The 2nd Annual FUN RUN

registration is LIVE!

🐴 MMS Maverick Stampede 2025

Lace up and show your Maverick pride at the Murphy Middle School Maverick Stampede 2025, a fun-filled 5K and 2K community event for runners and walkers of all ages!

Join us on Saturday, November 15, 2025, for a morning of fitness, school spirit, and family fun. All proceeds support MMS programs and student activities.

Whether you are running for a personal best or walking with friends and family, everyone is welcome to join the Maverick Stampede!

Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025

Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Check-in opens at 8:00 AM
5K begins at 9:00 AM
2K Fun Run starts at 10:30 AM

Location: Murphy Middle School – 620 N. Murphy Road, Murphy, TX 75094

Get ready to run with the Mavericks! Choose between a 5K or 2K Fun Run, or take on both with a special discounted bundle price!

Early Registration (until Oct 27):

Ready, Set, Stampede 5K: $25
Stride with Maverick Pride 2K Fun Run: $25
Ready, Set, Stampede 5K & Stride with Maverick Pride 2K Bundle: $40

Regular & Onsite Registration (Oct 28 – Nov 15):

Ready, Set, Stampede 5K: $30
Stride with Maverick Pride 2K Fun Run: $30
Ready, Set, Stampede 5K & Stride with Maverick Pride 2K Bundle: $50

All registrations include an event T-shirt* and race bib.

Register by Monday, Oct 27 to guarantee your T-shirt size and early-bird pricing.

Children 6 and under can run for FREE (t-shirt not included)

Plano ISD Staff - please email funrun@mmspta.org for the promo code to get

$10 off your registration.

Same-day registration will be available onsite the morning of the event.

*Register by Wednesday, November 5 to guarantee your event T-shirt. After November 5, shirts will be available while supplies last

📦 Packet Pickup

Friday, Nov 14 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM outside the MMS School gym, and
Saturday, Nov 15 beginning at 8:00 AM at the check-in table.
