All student-athletes trying out for the basketball team MUST have all of their paperwork (Parent Letter, Rank One Online Forms, Medical History, Physical) completed and turned in by Friday 10/25, or before tryouts start. They will not be allowed to tryout if any paperwork is missing. Check with Coach Slaton or Coach Vaught to see if you are missing anything.
